Collection of access data

The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server logfiles). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transmitted data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and the enquiring provider.
The provider uses the recorded data without attribution to the user in person or any other profiling in accordance with legal regulations exclusively for the purpose of statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the online presence. However, the provider reserves the right to check the recorded data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.

Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is only collected and used by the provider if this is legally permissible, or the users consent to data collection. As a rule, users can identify when using the service which data is stored, for example name, e-mail address and message when using the order form.

The personal data stated for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, address, payment details) is used by the seller to fulfil and process the contract. This data is handled confidentially, transmitted in an encrypted form and is not passed on to third parties that are not involved in the order, delivery and payment procedure.

When contacting the provider (via the contact form or e-mail), the details of the user are stored for the purpose of processing the request, as well as in case of follow-up questions.

The provider has taken organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure that the regulations of data privacy law are complied with and that coincidental or intentional manipulations, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons are prevented.

Forwarding data to third parties

User data is only forwarded to third parties if this is legally permissible, or a user has consented to the forwarding.

This is the case, for example, if the forwarding o the data serves the purpose of performing contractual duties towards the user and the postal address is forwarded to a dispatch company after a shop order. Or if the data is requested by responsible offices such as prosecution authorities. The personal data of users is in no case forwarded to third parties for advertising purposes or in order to compile user profiles.

Cookies

The provider uses “cookies” as part of their online offer. Cookies are small text files that are deposited on the devices of users and can store information for providers. Temporary cookies are erased after closing the browser, while permanent cookies remain in place for a given period of time and can provide the stored information when accessing the online offer once again. Cookies are used on the one hand to facilitate use of the service. For example, a cookie stores the shopping cart status of a user.

The user can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that can restrict or completely prevent the storing of cookies. The provider makes every effort to put together the online offer so that the use of cookies is not necessary. However, it is pointed out that its use and especially convenience are restricted without cookies.

Google Analytics

The provider uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are deposited on the devices of users and enable an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is as a rule transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In case of the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address of the users is abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate use of the website by the user, to compile reports about website activities and to provide further services to the website operator associated with website and Internet usage.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the depositing of cookies through a respective setting of their browser software. Withdrawal, amendments, rectification and updates

In addition, the user has the right to rectification of incorrect data, blocking and erasure of their personal data, insofar as this is not counter to any legal duty of retention.
